Dr. Avani Patel graduated from the Illinois College of Optometry in 2009. Upon graduation, Dr. Patel was employed as the Managing O.D. with LensCrafters Arden Fair, Sacramento. Through her efforts, she was promoted to Regional Director of Eyecare with EECA in 2014. In 2018, she became an affiliated sublease holder and formed Patel Vision Group. Dr. Patel is the Chief Medical Officer of Patel Vision Group in Central and Northern California.
She is not only passionate about delivering the highest quality of eye care in her community but also about helping her peers build and grow their practices. Dr. Patel currently serves as the Regional Mentor Doctor and the Quality Assurance Committee Chair for Central and Northern California and is co-president of the California Lenscrafters Sublease organization (CALCS). Her passion for optometry extends into the classroom as well. As a preceptor at Western Health Sciences University, Dr. Patel opens her practice to first-year Optometry students for clinical experience. Dr. Patel spends her free time with her husband and 2 daughters. She is a foodie, and enjoys arts and crafts and going to the movies.
Dr. Satnick is a skilled optometrist with 30 years in comprehensive eye care, including evaluation and treatment of ocular disease and surgical co-management. He has a special interest in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of dry eye disease. Education Doctor of Optometry, New England College of Optometry, Boston, MA, 1991 Dr. Satnick received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the State University of New York, at Fredonia in 1986, and earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from New England College of Optometry, Boston, MA. in 1991. After graduating Dr. Satnick moved to Southern California to work with a large Ophthalmology Practice. He then devoted his time to various private and commercial Optometry practices and eventually established his own private practice in 2005, which he operated until 2019. Dr. Satnick is dedicated to delivering the highest caliber patient care.
Dr. Lani May Centeno received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Biochemistry from the University of San Diego and earned her Doctor of Optometry and Masters in Vision Science degrees from the Southern California College of Optometry. She recently completed her residency with an emphasis in ocular disease and low vision at the Southern Arizona Veteran’s Affairs Health Care System in Tucson, AZ. Dr. Centeno was born and raised in Seaside and is thrilled to be back home to provide optometric care in the Monterey Bay area. She enjoys traveling, golfing, and exploring the latest food spots in her free time.

Dr. Linda Tannous is a Sacramento native and completed her undergraduate studies in Biology with an emphasis in Neurology, Physiology, and Behavior at UC Davis before earning her Doctor of Optometry degree with honors at Western University of Health Sciences. Dr. Tannous completed her externship training at Community Health Centers of Central Coast, VA Palo Alto Outpatient Clinic, and at the VA Maine Outpatient clinic. Dr. Tannous is happy to be back in her home town serving her community! In her free time she enjoys hiking, trying new foods, and spending quality time with her friends and family.
Sachin is the CEO of Patel Vision Group. Sachin has over 20 years of experience in optical and retail management. He became involved with Patel Vision Group in 2018 when it only included two offices. In his short time with the group, Sachin has taken the 2-office practice to a multi-million dollar corporation which now includes 8 offices throughout the central valley, the central coast, and northern California. Sachin has built his business with the belief that innovation and a strong team can boost optometric eye care to new heights. With a strong understanding of attracting and retaining top talent, Sachin has developed a dynamic network of growth-minded doctors. Sachin is a sports enthusiast, loves outdoor activities, and enjoys spending time with family and friends. During his free time, he enjoys playing and watching the game of Cricket -- his lifelong passion.

Dr. Marisol Lauri was born and raised in Fresno, California where she now provides primary eye care exams for patients of all ages, including contact lens fittings and treatments for many ocular diseases. After graduating from Fresno State with a degree in biology and a minor in music, Dr. Lauri moved to Fullerton to complete her Doctor of Optometry training at the Southern California College of Optometry where she graduated summa cum laude. During her time there, she trained at the University Eye Center of Los Angeles, Ketchum Health, the Salt Lake City Veterans Affairs Hospital, Coastal Vision, and the Downtown Los Angeles Veterans Affairs clinic. She also served as a tutor and teaching assistant for contact lens and ocular disease classes. After graduating with her doctorate, Dr. Lauri completed her residency training in primary care optometry under the Chief of Optometry at the Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center, where she gained valuable skills in treating patients for primary eye care exams, contact lens fittings, ocular diseases, and pediatrics. She has since proudly returned to the Central Valley to serve the community which helped raise her. In her free time, Dr. Lauri enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, rock climbing, and playing violin.
Delta Shores Office
Dr. Cindy Lam has had her eyes set on optometry since high school. She received her Biological Sciences degree from UC Davis and ventured to southern California to earn her doctorate of optometry from Western University of Health Sciences. During her externships, she traveled internationally to experience the different cultures of optometry. She cared for patients at the VA hospital of Connecticut and crossed the Atlantic to see patients in Chengdu, China. Her training includes prescribing glasses and contacts, as well as evaluating ocular health for any abnormalities including macular degeneration, cataracts, glaucoma, and dry eyes. She strives to care for her patient’s vision, health, and overall well-being.
Dr. Lam is excited to return to her hometown to provide eye care for her favorite community. Outside of the clinic, she is actively finding the best boba spots and new eats.
